Project REVIVE on Social Impact for Women Micropreneurs and Women-led Small Business
Background : She belongs to a middle-class family background, was married at the age of 17 and lived with her husband's family in Surat Nagar of Gurgaon. After facing many ups and downs in life at an early age, she started her studies with the help of his children and his tuition teacher. Facing a lot of difficulties at the age of 35, she opened a vegetable shop but also suffered losses. Now she has been running a small general shop for the last 6 years. She is honest and sincere and always eager to learn something new. Her business : She runs a general store now. With the earnings from this shop, she helps her husband with the expenses of his house and children's education. Now she plans to increase varieties and area of shop in the near future.
