From Silence to Self-Made Success

Vidyarani Sandip Tikone | Pune | Age: 36

Life tested Vidyarani Sandip Tikone from a very young age. After losing both her parents early, she was raised by her uncle and married at just 18. Responsibilities came quickly, and like many women in similar circumstances, her dreams were quietly set aside. Though she always wished to become independent and self-reliant, life gave her little space to find her own voice.

With six family members to support and a husband working in the police department, Vidyarani’s days revolved around duties and expectations. Her aspirations remained unspoken—until she found a turning point.

That change began when she enrolled in a free beauty parlor course conducted by Spherule Foundation in collaboration with Neutrino Tech Systems. For the first time, Vidyarani entered a space designed not just to teach skills, but to empower women to believe in themselves.

Through the program, she gained:

  • Professional beauty parlor skills with certification

  • Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) training and market research knowledge

  • Access to social security support such as ABHA card, e-Shram card, and Udyam registration

  • Personality development, confidence-building, and awareness sessions

More than technical training, the program gave her something she had long been missing—confidence, clarity, and courage.

Today, Vidyarani proudly runs her own beauty parlor. What was once a distant dream is now a thriving reality. She is financially independent, confident in her abilities, and respected within her family and community.

Her journey is not just about earning an income—it is about reclaiming her voice, discovering her self-worth, and proving that with the right support, transformation is possible at any stage of life.

“Thank you, Neutrino and Spherule Foundation, for giving me the tools to rewrite my story. You didn’t just teach me—you transformed me.”
