The POSH session was useful and informative of conduct within and outside the workplace. This is something new to me personally have never attended these kind of sessions, which helps to groom myself as a socially responsible person

Rhoma has a knack for making us see the unobvious and fight our basic biases to look objectively at sexual harassment cases. It’s a great training even for other areas of life to see both sides of the coin before rushing into judging about situations, events or incidents.

The session was very insightful and precise. Touched upon topics/scenarios and way to deal using POSH which we ignore but are quite common. Got clear understanding with examples to differentiate between cases of POSH and otherwise and how misuse of policy is handled.

It was a really helpful session. Thanks for it. A much needed one particularly in a place with more people of very conservative mindsets. An exposure about LGBTQ+ & other non binary gender issues are to be highlighted to people who are ignorant and ideologically against all this due to various other obvious reasons.

It was not my first POSH training, but it will be remembered in a long run. The examples and the real life scenario stole the show for me. Its always good to use real life examples and show real life heroes who made the change for good.
