Yes. Under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act 2013, all organisations with 10 or more employees must conduct POSH training. Non-compliance results in a penalty of Rs 50,000 and possible cancellation of business licence.

POSH training should be conducted at least once a year for all employees. IC members should receive training whenever new members join the committee. Many organisations conduct quarterly refresher sessions.
